Terms of Use & Service Engagement
Last Reviewed: 29 October 2026 · Governing Jurisdiction: England & Wales
1. Scope of the Business Efficiency Review
The Business Efficiency Review conducted by the Office of Business Efficiency ("OBE") is a preliminary commercial health check provided on a complimentary, zero-cost (£0.00) basis. The consultation and accompanying Business Efficiency Report are provided strictly for informational and benchmarking purposes.
2. Zero-Obligation Guarantee
Participation in an OBE Business Efficiency Review does not impose any commercial, contractual, or financial obligation on the client. The client retains total discretionary control over whether to adopt any recommendations or engage with any third-party specialist suppliers introduced by OBE.
3. Third-Party Supplier Referrals
Where a client elects to execute recommendations (such as switching utility tariffs, adopting new EPOS hardware, or engaging an accredited water engineer), any subsequent contract for goods or services is executed directly between the client and the respective approved supplier. OBE provides recommendations in good faith based on prevailing market intelligence but is not a party to third-party commercial contracts.
4. Accuracy of Provided Client Data
The accuracy of the findings and quantified savings projected in the Business Efficiency Report depends directly upon the documentation and data provided by the client (such as invoice figures, meter readings, and contract end dates). OBE accepts no liability for variances arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided materials.
5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All proprietary audit methodologies, report templates, analysis models, and website content are the intellectual property of the Office of Business Efficiency. These Terms of Use and any non-contractual disputes arising in connection with our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
